Return Policy
Products may be returned within 30 days of receipt if dissatisfied.
Please contact our Care Coordinators at 206-729-6211 with the product name and purchase date. Return requests will be reviewed and processed.
- Unopened bottles can be returned for any reason for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.
- Opened bottles returned within 30 days from purchase will be provided with account credit.
- No credits will be given to complaints that are received after 30 days from the date of purchase.
- You must have a valid shipping address on file with us.
- Drop Shipments include a $6.00 handling fee plus shipping charges.
Please note: Packages that are received without approval will be returned to the sender.
If you received a package that has been damaged, please save the original box and all of the contents. Please call us as soon as possible. Claims for defective or damaged products must be made within 7 days of receipt of product(s).
