Your body was designed to self-cleanse

The lymphatic system is essential for cleansing and filtering the fluid that bathes every living cell in your body. It relies on muscle contractions to move fluid away from cells and tissue of the body and into the bloodstream for the expulsion of harmful waste, toxins, and microbes. The lymphatic system can become congested for many reasons, including lack of exercise, chronic hidden infections, poor diet, restrictive clothing, or scar tissue blockage.

Lymphatic Drainage is a gentle procedure that assists the movement of lymphatic fluid along its pathway of filtration, aiming to decongest stagnation and increase flow. The benefits of lymphatic drainage include maintaining your body’s fluid balance, detoxification, improving blood circulation, and boosting immune mechanisms. Our highly-skilled, specially-trained therapists can use equipment-based lymphatic drainage or manual lymphatic drainage (a hands on approach).
