How to Schedule Your Next Service Online

  1. Open the scheduling tool by clicking “Self-Schedule” from the main menu above, or any “book now” button you might find elsewhere on the site.
  2. Select the Tummy Temple location where you’d like to receive your service.
  3. Select your service by viewing the services available within each service category. You can learn more about each service by clicking the “more info” link.
  4. If there are add-on options for your service, you’ll be presented with a list of options at the next window. Either choose an add-on and then “continue”, or just click “continue”.
  5. You are then presented with a list of our service providers for this service. You may either select one, or choose “Anyone” at the top if you haven’t a preference.
  6. Next, you’ll select the date and time of your service. Click the right and left arrows near the name of the month to move one week at a time. Click on the day/date to see availability for that day. If the date is dimmed, there are no options available on the day.
  7. Click on “morning”, “afternoon” or “evening” to see the start time options at different times of the day.
  8. Select the time you want. If you change your mind on the date & time, just click “Day and Time” at the top to move back a step. You can move back to the beginning by clicking on “Service/Staff” above.
  9. On the next screen, complete the form by entering your first and last name, phone number and email. Please use the same phone and email for any future bookings. You will also need to agree to our cancellation policy using the small sliding device. Then, click “Book Now”.
  10. On the final screen, you’ll be ask to enter your credit card information. You will not be charged for the service at this time. We keep your card on file in the event of a last minute cancellation as explained in our cancellation policy on the same window.
  11. Click Click the “Finalize Booking” button and you are finished!
  12. You will receive a confirmation email and possibly a text message immediately. You will receive reminders as the date of your appointment approaches.
  13. Each email you receive will provide ways to contact us, prompt you to complete any required forms, and offer ways to reschedule or cancel your appointment.
