I offer my CranioSacral listening and manual therapy techniques to create space for healing! My work best serves people who need techniques to deeply relax and integrate their healing process. I have the gift of finely tuned intuition and sensory awareness that gives deep insight to what is being held in the body and energy field.
I am a creative, intuitive, and empathic person. I am dedicated to helping people and creating a space for health and well being. I have always been aware and interested in health and found this path while training as a doula. I earned my massage license in 2010 and completed a master level CranioSacral training in 2013. I continue to develop my knowledge by learning new techniques, reading books, and listening to health podcasts. Health is our Freedom!
