The following are wellness plans that we created to provide you with proven pathways to efficient results.

These plans are suggestions.  They are not sold as discounted packages.

The way to use the plans are as follows:

1. Find the wellness plan that sounds the most appealing. Acheiving results depends on the level of motivation you have to complete the journey.

2. When you come in for your first session, purchase the products that are part of the wellness plan and schedule all of the sessions necessary to complete it. This is when you make the commitment to finish what you are starting.

3. Let your therapist know which wellness plan you are going to do, ask them for help to set reasonable goals, and for any suggestions to make the most of it.
   

4. If, after completing the wellness plan you feel the 'need' or 'desire' to do it again, then listen to your body. This is part of learning to trust your gut. Depending on your current state of wellness, it may take you several repititions of the same wellness plan to acheive the results you desire.
   

   E.g. There will be a big difference between someone 25 that has 3 easy bowel movements daily and exercises 3 times a week with great hydration AND a 65 year old that has 1 bowel movement a week, doesn't exercise and drinks 4 cups of coffee a day.

   Results vary and heavily depend on what you do outside of the Tummy Temple to support the wellness plan.

Session One

Opening and Clarifying: 2 hour therapeutic massage with Shelly Shelley. We do a basic intake and intention setting and then the focus is geared toward clarifying the client's specific needs and desires.

Session Two

Cleanse and release: 2 hour Energy work/Colonic with Janet Hobey.  The focus of this session is to cleanse congestion and accumulated toxins from the body, while identifying and releasing old stress patterns and trauma. Hydrating, cleansing and energizing the body creates a unique opportunity to generate a new nervous system pattern that allows for clarity and profound self-healing.

Session Three

Nurture and Recieve: Two hour Organic Beauty Massage with Shelly Shelley. The focus of this session is to receive, receive, receive.  This session includes a 30 minute consultation to set up a self-care ritual for the client to self-nurture at home.

• Our Gold Standard level sessions are provided by appropriately licensed and/or certified practitioners who have also had extensive in-house training on our core curriculum of services and products. Practitioner skill sets exceed industry standards and require continuing education to provide care with our company.

• Master’s level sessions are performed by therapists who have achieved an instructor level of expertise and performance in their field.
• All products used by the Tummy Temple go through rigorous in-house performance testing. We sell products that show efficacy. Products used by the Tummy Temple are practitioner quality, come from safe and clean manufacturers, and are organic, wild crafted and/or certified toxin free through laboratory testing whenever possible (Ex: fish oils).
