- Master's represents therapists that have the knowledge base and skill level to support the most challenging health care needs. Master's Level practitioners are known for having the abilities to establish strong and reasonable wellness plans, and orchestrate integrative care between therapies and therapists.
Colon Hydrotherapy* (1 hr full session time):
Our signature spa level colon hydrotherapy session includes intake, 45 minutes of table time, use of essential oil blends and therapist summary of session.

A Micro-Current Lymphatic Drainage session is unlike anything you have ever
experienced. A low heat bulb, that transmits specific electro-static light
and sound frequencies, is gently glided along the skin. The energy produced
transmits directly to the lymphatic system in order to promote better flow
of lymphatic fluid. The results affect the entire body. The experience is
profoundly relaxing.
It is recommended that you begin with a 60 Min session and advance to a 90
Min session (full body) as your body allows. Complimenting Lymphatic
Drainage sessions with Colon Hydrotherapy ensures that elimination is
sufficient in handling the lymphatic toxicity.Â
Massage Therapy (1 hr or 2 hr full session time):
Our signature gold standard level massage therapy session includes intake, 50 minutes of full body and specific organ massage, use of essential oil blends, and therapist summary of session.

- Note: The NYR Organic Beauty Massage sessions utilize NYR Organic Skin Care products to indulge and feed your skin. Sessions are currently done by Shelly Shelley, LMP, master level therapist and NYR consultant. Relax into this skin care massage as Shelly cleanses, mists, hydrates and restores your face and body with NYR Organic products. Naturopathic Doctor Consultations and Treatments (1 hour and 30 minute full session time):
These consultations and treatments are intended for several purposes: 1) identify the root causes to health challenges through consultations and diagnostic testing, if necessary, 2) formulating treatment plans to address the root causes, 3) putting the tools (information, supplements, and/or prescriptions) into your hands to improve your health, or 4) to establish primary care with our Naturopathic Doctor (ND) to help you coordinate your healthcare within the Tummy Temple and among the many providers in Seattle. Our doctor on staff, Dr. Lisa Valent, ND is a hands-on doctor with a license to practice massage, an undergraduate in nutrition and a practicing colon hydrotherapist. Her focus on digestion, reproduction and cleansing/detoxification care is sure to help you feel your best, improve your energy/vitality and have the quality of health you desire!

Nutritional Therapy (1 hour full session time):
Tummy Temple nutrition consultations use a natural & whole systems method towards improving your eating lifestyle as a tool for conditioning your health. This method incorporates both the 'Abundance' and 'Cold Turkey' approaches to streamline the process of you shifting from your current state of being and behaving to a more balanced and beneficial state. These verbal consultations will result in a concise and reasonable plan you can follow to achieve lasting results.
