Once your account has been established you will receive a registration email with a link to the scheduling system, username and password to access the online scheduling system. If you need more help, please see our written instructions and comprehensive online self-schedule tutorial video.

If you’re uncomfortable with online scheduling systems you can schedule by phone, simply call us at (206) 729-6211 and we’d be happy to schedule you the old-fashioned way!
If you need to verify that your intake form information was recorded in our database you can click on the “Details” link to the left of the appointment. Please call 206-729-6211 if you have any questions.

Be sure to confirm the cancellation in the pop up window. When you are done go back to your “My Appointments” tab to make sure that it is no longer there.

On the next screen you will need to choose a particular therapist or “All Therapists” (this option will provide you with more availability choices). Click “Next” at the bottom of the screen to be taken to the “Make Appointments” tab which will present the calendar for choosing another date and start time. Click on a white box that corresponds the date and start time you would like to reschedule your appointment to. Finish the process as you would when setting an appointment. When you are done go back to your “My Appointments” tab to make sure that it is no longer there.

First go to the sign-in screen of our self-scheduling system and just below where you enter your username and password is a link to retrieve your password (it’s below the sign in button and says “click here for password help”).
Enter your username and click on “Reset Password”. It will be sent to the email associated with your account.
If your email address is invalid, or you do not have one in your account, you will need to call the Tummy Temple at 206-729-6211 and reconfirm your email address.
Then, under the second black bar, click on the icon, choose the date you are interested in setting up your appointment.
When the calendar presents itself, click on the day and date combination shown in red text (e.g. for Tue, July 11 click on the “Tue 11”)
