My interest in holistic wellness began at the age of 19 when I discovered the gifts that yoga and meditation offered. A surprisingly new state of awareness beyond words came with going within, breathing and just “being” on a daily basis.

As a natural progression on this path of self discovery, detoxification and massage was the natural next step and colon hydrotherapy became a household word. Delving further over time brought my attention to the principles of body-mind healing. As I began to wake up to my body, my emotions responded in turn. Experiencing the physical, mental and emotional bodies in their dance together was an exciting revelation. This unfolding showed me the importance of cleansing on all levels and how they relate.  I began to understand how simple it all really is, when we get out of our own way and honor our bodies as the sacred vessels that they truly are.

I found the lymphatic system to be an important part of the cleansing and elimination process that needs to be taken seriously. It’s considered the lesser sister to the circulatory system and is the highway by which the body expels toxins. Since it primarily depends on our body movements and breath to function well, it is in great need of support due to our modern and more sedentary lifestyle and environmental toxic overload. As emotions are processed in the brain, chemicals also are released via the lymphatic system, which in turn need to be escorted out of the body to allow for more comfort and ease.

Colon Hydrotherapy and  Lymphatic Drainage work together as a team in riding the body of toxins while enhancing physical, mental and emotional well-being.

The Body truly is the Temple of the Soul. It’s an honor to be part of the Tummy Temple Team where Wellness Happens Naturally with Great Compassionate Care.

Remember that your life is a journey and “our Biography becomes our Biology.”
You may find that as your systems unbind so does your spirit.

“Sometimes someone comes into my life from who knows where??!!, who makes a huge (intervention?) impact and leaves me… different. Different than I ever was. Faie you are that person. The clearing that happened when I worked with you was on so many levels. I am sure you can imagine the levels of shame that gets touched with toilet issues…Also, the hope that comes with that level of release was amazing. Well, your love and patience was on one level shocking to me and very, very appreciated. That was maybe my biggest experience last week of all of them."

The Tummy Temple is by far the most professional and comfortable place in Seattle to go for a colonic. They are careful to explain everything and will take the extra time with you if needed. No rush. I had an enjoyable experience and will be back soon. Thanks Tummy Temple!
