100% Organic Ingredients: Essential Oils of Geranium, Juniper, Rosemary, Black Pepper, and Fennel in an oil base of Sunflower, Sesame, and Sweet Almond Oil.

Directions for use:

Massage into belly using a clockwise motion around the belly button or stroking inward from ribs or hips toward the belly button center. Massage ankles and the bottom of the feet from the front of the arch to the end of the heel.

For therapeutic purposes, perform daily for a minimum of 3 weeks.
