Product Return Policy:

Your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed for 30 days after purchase of products individually priced under $60. Unused portion of product must be returned for a refund.

Products priced over $60 may be returned within 30 days, only if unopened, for a full refund.

Package Refund Policy:

Package returns must be done within 30 days. There is a $30 administration fee. Used sessions and products will be calculated at full price prior to determining the remaining balance.

Package Use Policy (for purchased made after 10/19/07) :

All packages are non-transferable and must be used within 6 months. In order to use sessions after the 6 month period there will be an administration fee of $25 per session in addition to any price increase that has occurred since the package was purchased.

Package Use Policy (for purchases made before 10/19/07) :

5 Session Series (or less) expire after 90 days of purchase.
10 Session Series expire after 180 days of purchase.

Packages may be reinstated after expiration for $30 up to 1 year after expiration.

Following 1 year of package expiration all unused sessions in a package are considered used.

All sales are final after 30 days.
