Is body work involved in colon hydrotherapy? What can I expect?

As a client, you can always expect the therapist to ask to touch you before they attempt to do so. The typical body work that occurs in a session is the palpitation, or use of hands, on your belly, using pressure points in your neck, lower back, shoulders, hands and feet, and maybe even a hand on your upper chest to help guide your breathing into your belly. Of course, all this is optional, and can vary due to your particular comfort level, so make sure to communicate clearly with your colon hydrotherapist in order to have the most successful session possible.

As a woman, I thought it might be weird to see a male practitioner, but I am sure glad I did! Logan*s energy was so calming in session and his awesome massage skills let me have a really great session! Thank you Logan!
